How do I track my order?
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest status and delivery updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options, including:

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit-only cards, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
Your information is protected by SSL encryption. When you submit your payment, it is securely processed by our payment provider. KIDEE does not store your credit card information on our servers.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card or payment method will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
What do I do if items are missing from my order?
If any item is missing, please contact us immediately at contact@kidee.shop so we can assist you.
Are there any exchange rates applied to international orders?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is based in another currency, your bank will convert the total using the daily exchange rate at the time of processing.
How do I change or cancel my order?
To request a cancellation or change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Weβre unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped.
We recommend using your residential address instead of temporary or vacation addresses to avoid delays or customs issues.
